What is the turn style for the appliance?

The Airway appliances, RPE, lower Schwarts all use a typical expansion screw that is turned 1-2 times per week. The lower Richardson is expanded by putting tension on the wire to continuously put light pressure on the lower jaw to add width to the posterior of the lower jaw.

Are there add-ons required for appliances ordered?

No, there are no add-ons, everything is included that you will need with the appliance orders.

Do you require scans, poured up models, bites?

We take orders from scans, poured models, and PVC impressions. Bites are not required, but in some cases may be helpful. All photos (that might be helpful, especially if help is needed with the case) and STL's can be submitted in DDX dental on our lab ordering page.
